RKT&B was commissioned by the SCA to design extensive upgrades of original existing laboratory facilities for multiple New York City public schools in order to bring them up to current standards of safety, code compliance, and functionality. Phasing plans were prepared in coordination with school administrators to assure an efficient work schedule with as little disruption to the schools' operations as possible.
